How to Root Galaxy Note N7000 on Jelly Bean 4.1.2 with XXLT5 Firmware free

This tutorial will take you through the actual process of rooting Galaxy Note N7000 on Jelly Bean 4.1.2 with XXLT5 Firmware. Without the rooting process, we cannot update the Galaxy Note N7000 to latest Android version whatever it is. It’s important and recommended option before updating the Android version. This is also very important to have Galaxy Note drivers installed on your PC; if not you can flash the drivers via Samsung KIES.

Step by step to Root Galaxy Note N7000 on Jelly Bean 4.1.2

1. Download and install Odin in your PC
2. Consider downloading the rooting package right from here on your computer (Please don’t extract the file)
3. Launch Odin in your PC
4. Here you will have to turn off your smartphone
5. Reboot it in download mode by pressing and holding the Power + Volume Down + Menu buttons at the same time
6. Connect your Note with the computer via USB cable
7. Once the connection is establish, you can now see the ID:COM section will turn to yellow / blue and the “added” message is being displayed in the message section in Odin
8. If the message will not displayed you can try to re-install the drivers; then repeat the steps from above until Odin will display the mentioning stuff like any message
9. Now, check box “PDA” from the Odin
10. Simply, select the downloaded rooting package right from the menu
11. Don’t make any other changes in Odin until you know what are you doing with Odin
12. Finally, click the Start button to start the rooting process in the Odin
13. The flashing operation will take a couple of minutes; don’t press anything
14. At the end, unplug the USB cable and reboot your phablet.
